We contracted Craig to build our retirement home following very good recommendations from others. As we were living in Kenya and could not return to NZ until after the foundations were laid, we were a bit nervous about the process.

Our new home in Marsden Cove is our third building project. We were looking for a builder who could not only achieve a high quality build within an agreed time and budget, but who would also allow us to be involved in parts of the build.
