Diane & Terry Anderson- (Langs Beach 2014)

Back in 2014 we decided to build a new home in beautiful Lang’s Beach. Along with our Auckland based Architect we hired talented local builders "Cogan Custom Homes" to undertake the build.

As this was the first time we had ventured into building a new home we were understandably a little nervous - especially the liaison between Architect, Builder and client.
Craig and his team were a wonderful multi skilled group who quickly allayed any fear we had.

The whole process ran smoothly.

And our new home was finished beautifully and in a prompt and timely manner.

After 9 years living here we are still delighted every day that we chose to build. Thanks to "Cogan Custom Homes".
